Specifications
Rate Card prices are based on our receipt of customer furnished right reading, emulsion down composite film negatives.

Composite negatives counted as:
2 page, 1 color reprint = 2 negatives
2 page, 4 color reprint = 8 negatives

Rate Card prices include film stripping based on above examples. Charges for additional pieces of film to be stripped-in:

$10 - First piece
$6 - Each additional piece

Paper Stock
All reprints will be printed using a 70lb gloss, enamel paper stock. 80lb and 100lb stocks are also available for an additional charge.

Add 4% - 80lb paper stock
Add 8% - 100lb paper stock

Bindery
All standard folds and saddle stitching included in Rate Card pricing. For custom folds and bindery - call for pricing.

Proofing
Standard proof that will be used is the Dupont Dylux (blue-line proof) or FAX laser prints. Upon request these proofs will be sent overnight to the customer. Rates are as follows:

1 & 2 page - $12   
4 page - $16
Overnight fee - $15
Each add'l page - $4

Color Proofs will also be made available upon request. Rates are as follows:

Dupont Waterproof (4 color proof)
1 & 2 page - $35 ea.
Each add'l page - $31
Iris - (2 & 4 color proof)
1 & 2 page - $18 ea. Each add'l page - $12
Overnight fee - $15

Film Output & Electronic Pre-Press
We can output film negatives from customer supplied digital files from both Macintosh and PC based formats. Prices are based on output of one negative per color per page. Rates are as follows:

Output to negative from digital format:
$15 per color per page
Example - 1 page 4 color = $60

Electronic files may be received in the following formats:

3.5" floppy disk, Zip, Jazz, CD-ROM, e-mail and FTP transfer. We also are connected by WAM-Net, a proprietary, high-speed file transfer system. Please call for more details.

Design & Layout Services
We have a fully staffed computer design department that can handle all of your reprint customization needs. Please call for design and layout estimates.

Turnaround
Standard turnaround time is 5-7 working days from receipt of signed order form and all materials. Orders received after 1 PM Central will be dated for the next day.

We will do our best to accommodate your production schedule but rush service will result in a charge of $250.

Credit & Payment Terms
Credit will be extended to those customers with acceptable financial backgrounds and a properly completed credit application.

Purchase Orders are required before order placement and payment terms are net 30 with a 2% discount for payment within 10 days.

We also except credit card payment for all orders. We honor VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
